Data Protection In accordance with the regulations in force, and in particular EU Regulation No 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (the General Data Protection Regulation), the information provided via this form is intended for HARVEST SAS in its capacity as data controller, and may be transferred to other entities of the group to which HARVEST SAS belongs, as well as to its service providers and its commercial partners.Data is collected:

• For the administrative management of your contract, including requests for technical assistance. If you are a HARVEST client, your data is kept for the entire duration of your contract, and then until the statutory time limits have elapsed.
• To answer your requests for information about the offers, products and services of HARVEST SAS. If you are a potential client, your data is kept by HARVEST SAS for a period not exceeding three (3) years after it is collected, or after the last request received from you.
• To reply to job applications as part of our recruitment policy. In such cases, your data is kept for a maximum of two (2) years.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

You may request access to your data, request its rectification, erasure or portability, withdraw your consent for the processing of your data (when such processing requires your consent), give us instructions on the use of your data after your death, and restrict or object to the processing of your data by writing to dpo@harvest.fr or to HARVEST SAS – DPO – 5 rue de la Baume, 75008 Paris, FRANCE. Please note, however, that some data may in some circumstances be excluded from such requests, particularly if we have to continue to process your data to serve our legitimate interests or meet a legal obligation. In order to enable us to confirm your identity in case of doubt, proof of identity may be requested. We will keep a copy of your identity document for a maximum of one year. Your data will in no event be transferred outside of the European Union, or used for automated decision-making. The fields marked with an asterisk are required fields. If you do not complete them, your request will not be sent.
